(5) I am of opinion that he is not physically fit for servi in Hong Kong at present.

Thera has been a recent improvemet.. his condition and if this were to continue and the physical signs which I have described were to disappear he might become fit but I do not think this can occur within two months from this date.

I am not clear as to whether he is not suffering from Sprue,, not having made such an examination and analyses as would enable me to final on this point.

It would be well, therefore, to reconsi his fitness at the end of two months of treatment.
